Developed by Innovation and Business Skills Australia, the Industry Skills Council, the training and assessment qualification in Australia has now been streamlined from 14 units to 10, allowing students to gain key training and assessment skills faster.
The core units of the new TAE 40110 are similar to their counterparts in the existing TAA 40104 Certificate IV in Training, and several Certificate 4 Training and Assessment units have been integrated to reduce the amount of overlapping which marked the existing Certificate IV 40104.
